Lee Artis
Prior to her successful business sales career she had an entrepreneurial background and built several successfulsmall businesses. Her last business was the manufacture and distribution of a range of clothing for women and children Lee had manufactured in Fiji for distribution throughout Australia.
Her passion is small business and developing innovative, internet centered commercial businesses of the future.
Lee is a visionary and has the ability to see new and creativeways to transform old fashioned, traditional businesses.
Lee’s industry experience gives her insight into a new way of buying and selling businesses without the expensive involvement of business brokers. Her belief is so strong that she joined Terry McDonald to write this series of books to equip people with the skills they need to buy or sell a business themselves.

Terence McDonald
He is an accountant, a chartered engineer and a certified practicing valuer. Prior to commencing his own consulting firm, he was CEO of several Australian corporations.
Terry is essentially a numbers person; having studied advanced analytical methods at doctoral level at university.
His current interest is in designing innovative business improvement and business valuation software.
Terry has been published in Australia and internationally on the subject of ‘Value Creating Management’.
His somewhat ‘geekish’ skill-set complements Lee’s torrent of good ideas in that he functions as both a sounding board and a logical filter for them.
Both Lee and Terry share an interest in the relationship between eco-sustainability and the efficient operation of small to medium business enterprises. Their current project is an online sustainability improvement system to help businesses improve their enabling conditions for better environmental sustainability.
Lee and Terry are revolutionizing the business broking world and bringing it up-to-date with today’s technologies and all the latest information and insider tips.
They are both passionate about passing on their knowledge to help people buy or sell a business themselves as they have seen, first hand, the consequences of both the positives and negatives during the business acquisition process.
They believe, in most cases the negatives can be avoided if the sellers and buyers have access to good information, education and the tools to help them.
They saw a need in the market to help sellers and buyers do it themselves and developed the BizBuy and BizSale kits to meet that need.

Kylie Smiley
Prior to this, Kylie worked in Corporate and SME Sales in the US and Australia following a lengthy career in Voice, Video and Data Technology Consulting. Assisting companies focus on customer service in great detail, Kylies' determination to ensure standards are high and recognisable is well received.
Given this, Kylie has great enthusiasm when it comes to bringing Business Coaches, Advisors, Buyers and Sellers the unique tools by The GBR Group. Helping and supporting people in small business is hugely exciting to Kylie and working with Lee and Terry to grow their product base to enhance clients business services and take advantage of her Internet Marketing experience for a positive outcome and longterm partnership.
